Reporting profiles, blocking users, trust verification levels.
Block someone
Open the user’s profile, tap the “⋯” menu, choose Block. Blocking is bidirectional — neither of you sees the other in discovery, matches, or messages. You can unblock from Privacy settings.
Report a profile
Same “⋯” menu, choose Report. Pick a reason (spam, harassment, fake profile, etc.). Reports auto-block. Our safety team triages urgent reports within 4 hours.
Trust levels
- L0 — new account, email confirmed only.
- L1 — selfie matched to profile photos.
- L2 — government ID verified via Stripe Identity.
