Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with And-U, contact our support team at support@and-u.org. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will either credit additional time to your membership or refund your membership fee subject to the conditions below.

Full refunds

We will issue a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your account is experiencing technical problems we cannot resolve
  • And-U has been unavailable for an unacceptable period or has had technical problems impairing your ability to use your membership
  • You request a refund prior to initiating or receiving contact with any other member
  • Other cases described in our Terms of Use

Discretionary refunds

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for other reasons. If you are applying for a discretionary refund, please provide a detailed explanation of why you believe you are entitled to one.

No partial refunds for unused time

We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time. We will only refund unused time if you have not commenced using the service and have not initiated or received contact from other members, or in other cases described in our Terms of Use.
